Attention parents of rising 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. Complete the course request form to indicate your child's preferences for their 2024-2025 elective courses.
Course requests come on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis with 8th graders having priority, then 7th, then 6th. Please make sure to complete this form in a timely manner.
Please note that all high school credit courses are at ninth grade levels and students will be held accountable for the work required.Placement is limited in some electives. Some electives are subject to change due to interest.
Mayfair Laboratory School administration reserves the right to place any student in an elective course not listed on the student’s course request card based on academic data.
If you do not return your course request by Friday May 17, 2024, then you will be placed in electives according to space.
