There was a glitch in the virtual opt in form that was previously shared. The form has been fixed thanks to the Mayfair Lab parents who found the error and brought it to our attention.
The problem was that parents had to press a NEXT button twice before a SUBMIT button would show up. (It was very tricky and confusing.)
If you completed the form before 3:00 today (Sept. 3rd) and are unsure if you clicked a "SUBMIT" button, please resubmit the form to be certain your response is received.
Also, please know that we are working hard to get you information so that you can make informed decisions in the best interest of your family. We hope to be able to answer a lot of schedule/structure questions by tomorrow afternoon. Stay tuned, and thank you for sticking with us.
